Our goal is to provide you with transportation options. We provide efficient logistics services to our customers every day and are currently not accepting any orders outside of Canada.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1-3 working days
Delivery time: Receive the goods within 3-9 working days after shipment

The product page shows that customized products will take 30-50 working days to receive after payment.
All products in the store are priced, including tax, and customers do not need to pay any fees or external taxes

You will receive an email when your order has shipped. A tracking number will be provided (tracking number will be activated within 24 hours).
Please note: During events or holidays this may take longer. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update. If you are unable to track your package correctly, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Exceeded delivery time

cancel order
If you contact us promptly after purchase, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment has been completed but the package has not been shipped, you can check your
Cancel your order before the item is delivered. We will refund all your money. The package has been shipped and the order cannot be canceled.
