If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will process your return/exchange request as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. 1. Conditions for returns and exchanges:
① All returned goods must contain original packaging and labels, and must be in brand new condition.
② All returns must include a return form, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
③ Returns must be completed within (30) days
④ Items that have been used, altered, cleaned or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Non-returnable items: The following items are non-returnable:
① Personalized or customized items.
② Items marked as final sale.
③ Gift cards and coupons.
3. General return process:
① Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request and receive a return form.
② Fill out the return form and put it together with the return package.
③ Pack the goods securely and attach all accessories, labels and original packaging.
④Send the items back to us using trackable shipping.
4. Return Fees:
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the item is received damaged or defective.
5.Refunds:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be within 5-10 business days

6. Order Cancellation:
Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel it. If you want to cancel a shipped order, please initiate a return after receiving the item.
7. Product Damage:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide a return label and instructions on how to return the item.
